We work hard at our school and take pride in working with international partners through a number of different projects and events. Throughout the year we enjoy participating in many different activities. All staff and pupils are included in the events and we encourage our families to join in as well. We have partnered with schools from all over Europe and are always looking to extend our network across the globe.

Below are the some of the agencies that we work with in our quest to become a global school and develop our pupils as global citizens.

eTwinning is the community for schools in Europe.

eTwinning offers a platform for staff (teachers, head teachers, librarians, etc.), working in a school in one of the European countries involved, to communicate, collaborate, develop projects, share and, in short, feel and be part of the most exciting learning community in Europe.

About Erasmus+

Erasmus+ is the European Union programme for education, training, youth and sport. It runs for seven years, from 2014 to 2020, with organisations invited to apply for funding each year to undertake creative and worthwhile activities.Erasmus+ aims to modernise education, training and youth work across Europe. It is open to education, training, youth and sport organisations across all sectors of lifelong learning, including school education, further and higher education, adult education and the youth sector. It offers exciting opportunities for UK participants to study, work, volunteer, teach and train abroad.

The British Council

The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities. We create friendly knowledge and understanding between the people of the UK and other countries. We do this by making a positive contribution to the UK and the countries we work with – changing lives by creating opportunities, building connections and engendering trust.

eTwinning project – Be a Master

Let’s celebrate Christmas together!!

Our school is taking part in an Erasmus + project called ‘Be a Master – Think creatively’.
Our partner schools from Poland, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Greece and Iceland have agreed to share their Christmas traditions and celebrations with us, as well as using their skills that they have gained throughout the project. We have created an eTwinning project called Be a Master -Let’s celebrate Christmas together!
It is an online Advent Calendar filled with fun tasks linked to LEGO, Coding and Christmas. Check them out and have fun with your friends and families 🙂
